Your OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini or Azure OpenAI contract stays where it is. We don't resell tokens, we don't mark them up, we don't bill per resolution. The platform is $36/site/year billed annually ($5 monthly), your LLM bill is whatever it would have been anyway.
CCPA and SOC 2-aware data handling
Multi-tenant by design with per-tenant encryption keys. You can export, correct or delete every visitor record from the dashboard. Audit log records every privileged action. SOC 2 controls in place; report available under NDA.

CCPA: what you can do for California residents
Right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt-out of sale. We don't sell data. Visitor records, conversation history and attachments can be exported or deleted from the dashboard at any time, and via API on request.
Where your data lives
Default hosted deployments run on AWS Asia-South-1 today. US data residency (us-east, us-west) is available on the Business tier, on dedicated infrastructure if you need it. LLM tokens move directly from us to your provider; we don't proxy them through a logging hop.
Encryption and key handling
Per-tenant encryption keys, TLS in transit, encrypted at rest, no plaintext API keys in logs. You can revoke any provider key from your provider dashboard and the platform degrades gracefully to live-chat-only until you replace it.
Sub-processors
A short list, available on request: a single cloud infrastructure provider, a transactional email provider for workspace invitations, the LLM vendor you choose. No data is shared with marketing or analytics third parties from your workspace.
